第四次全国特殊教育工作会议于2009年5月11日在北京隆重召开。中共中央政治局委员、国务委员刘延东、全国政协副主席、中国残联名誉主席邓朴方、民政部副部长窦玉沛出席会议并作了重要讲话。教育部、民政部、中国残联和各省(区、市)有关部门负责同志及部分特教先进单位代表参加了会议。山西省特殊教育中等专业学校校长张竹林、浙江民政康复中心主任胡玉民作为民政系统的代表,进行了大会交流发言。本刊特开辟“特殊教育”专栏,予以刊登,以飨读者。
The Fourth National Special Education Conference was held on May 11, 2009 in Beijing. Liu Yandong, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, member of the State Council, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, honorary chairman of the CDPF Deng Pufang, Vice Minister of Civil Affairs Dou Yupei attended the meeting and made an important speech. Ministry of Education, Ministry of Civil Affairs, China Disabled Persons’ Federation and relevant departments of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) responsible comrades and some special education advanced unit representatives attended the meeting. Zhang Zhulin, principal of the special education secondary school in Shanxi Province, and Hu Yumin, director of the Zhejiang Civil Affairs Rehabilitation Center, delivered speeches at the conference as representatives of the civil affairs system. The magazine has opened “special education” column, to be published in order to readers.
