一、抓住课堂,确定发展目标和评价机制“促进学生的发展”就是有效教学。而就“发展”的内涵而言包含“三维目标的达成”、“最近发展区”、“长远的发展”三方面。从这几点来看显然符合的是素质教育的特点,但从现实来看,我们衡量高效课堂的标准可能是既要突出知识目标又要兼顾过程、方法和情感价值目标,既要着眼长远的能力发展又要兼顾学生的分数,这显然难度更大。所以笔者感觉,我们提出高效课堂,首先要确定好它的目标是要高效的培养学
