弹簧在机床电器中是直接影响产品性能的主要零件之一。随着对产品质量要求的不断提高,一九七九年以来全国低压电器行业,已把磁力电器中的主触头弹簧及反作用弹簧力P_1和P_2作为关键项进行考核。在一台产品中,只要主触头弹簧和反作用弹簧中,有一个弹簧一个力超差即为产品不合格。一九七九年四月我厂对半成品全部弹簧进行抽样检查发现十余种近30万弹簧不合格,事情发生后我厂采取了一系列措施解决弹簧质量问题,如弹簧挠制实行中间差,给电镀留有公差余量;在挠制后和电镀后每批抽50-100个进行严格检查;电镀工艺的改进和加强;经生产验证修改部分设计,弹簧小组开展QC活动等,弹簧质量有了很大提高,一九七九年十一月全国低压电器质量检查验收中弹簧质量受到检查组好评。
