以破壁灵芝孢子粉为碳源、尿素为含氮掺杂剂,采用一步超声法制备了氮掺杂荧光碳点(N-CDs),并将其作为荧光探针检测Cr6+。向碳点溶液中加入Cr6+后,碳点荧光发生了猝灭,表明碳点与Cr6+发生了作用,并在Cr6+浓度为0~300μmol·L-1范围内荧光强度变化值与Cr6+浓度表现出良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9818,检出限为0.3μmol·L-1。在实际样品检测中,回收率较好,为94%~102%,说明所制N-CDs可用于Cr6+的检测,具有较高的实用价值。
Using the broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder as carbon source and urea as nitrogen-containing dopant, nitrogen-doped fluorescent carbon spots (N-CDs) were prepared by one-step ultrasonic method and detected as Cr6 + by fluorescent probe. After adding Cr6 + to the carbon solution, the fluorescence of the carbon spots quenched, indicating that the carbon dots reacted with Cr6 +, and showed good fluorescence intensity and Cr6 + concentration in the range of 0 ~ 300μmol·L-1 Cr6 + The correlation coefficient was 0.9818, the detection limit was 0.3μmol·L-1. In the actual sample testing, the recovery rate is good, 94% ~ 102%, indicating that the N-CDs can be used for the detection of Cr6 +, with high practical value.
