目的:本实验用于探究三七多糖胶囊剂型的制备。方法:通过制备含1%硬脂酸镁的多糖粉末测定颗粒的吸湿率和休止角等,确定最佳的生产方法。结果:含1%硬脂酸镁的三七多糖可以满足生产过程中流动性的需求,测得三七多糖粉末的堆密度为0.76g·ml~(-1),72h后可以达到吸湿平衡,三七多糖粗粉末的临界相对湿度为74%,该粉末应选用0号胶囊。结论:所确定的剂型制备方法稳定、合理,可用于大生产。
Objective: This experiment was used to investigate the preparation of Panax notoginseng polysaccharide capsule dosage form. Method: The best method of production was determined by measuring the moisture absorption rate and angle of repose of the granule with 1% magnesium stearate powder. Results: Panax notoginseng polysaccharide with 1% magnesium stearate could meet the need of liquidity in the process of production. The bulk density of notoginsenoside powder was 0.76g · ml -1, and it could reach moisture absorption after 72h Balance, notoginseng polysaccharide crude powder critical relative humidity of 74%, the powder should be used 0 capsules. Conclusion: The preparation method of the dosage forms determined is stable and reasonable and can be used for mass production.
