本文研究了镁—铬黑T络合物在乙二胺—氢氧化钾催化体系测定环境样品中微量镁,最佳支持电解质为:2%乙二胺—5×10~(-5)M铬黑T—0.025M氢氧化钾。测定下限为10ngml~(-1)镁,镁含量在0.01~0.4μgml~(-1)之间与波高呈良好线性关系,EP=-1.03伏(VS.S.C.E)。本文首次建立了水、食盐和人发中微量镁的催化极谱测定方法,并与原子吸收光谱法进行了对比,结果稳定,重现性好。
In this paper, magnesium - chromium black T complex in ethylenediamine - potassium hydroxide catalytic system for the determination of trace magnesium in environmental samples, the best supporting electrolyte: 2% ethylenediamine -5 × 10 -5 M Cr Black T-0.025M Potassium hydroxide. The lower limit of determination was 10ngml ~ (-1) magnesium. The content of magnesium was linear with the wave height in the range of 0.01 ~ 0.4μgml ~ (-1), EP = -1.03V (VS.S.C.E). The method for the determination of trace magnesium in water, salt and human hair was established for the first time. The method was compared with atomic absorption spectrometry and the results were stable and reproducible.
