目的:探讨缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿脐血热休克蛋白70(HSP70)、缺氧诱导因子-1a(HIF-1a)水平的变化。方法:选择足月HIE新生儿30例(轻中度HIE组20例,重度HIE组10例),另选同期出生的20例足月健康新生儿作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定脐血HSP70、HIF-1a水平。结果:轻中度、重度HIE组新生儿脐血HSP70、HIF-1a水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);轻中度、重度HIE组组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);HIE患儿脐血HSP70、HIF-1a水平呈显著正相关(r=0.833,P<0.01)。结论:HIE患儿脐血HSP70、HIF-1a水平与HIE的病理生理过程密切相关,有望作为病情程度的判断指标之一,对临床诊断及预后的判断具有一定的指导意义。
Objective: To investigate the changes of HSP70 and HIF-1a in neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) neonates. Methods: Thirty neonates with full-term neonatal HIE were enrolled in this study. Twenty newborns with mild HIE and 20 severe HIE were enrolled in this study. Twenty healthy full-term newborns were enrolled in this study. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Blood HSP70, HIF-1a levels. Results: Compared with the control group, the levels of HSP70 and HIF-1a in umbilical cord blood of mild to moderate severe HIE group were significantly different (P <0.01). There was significant difference between the mild and moderate HIE groups (P <0.01). The levels of HSP70 and HIF-1a in cord blood of HIE children were positively correlated (r = 0.833, P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The levels of HSP70 and HIF-1a in umbilical cord blood of HIE children are closely related to the pathophysiological process of HIE, which is expected to be one of the evaluation indexes of disease severity, which is of guiding significance in clinical diagnosis and prognosis judgment.
