本文的目的是建立反映上下颌基骨前后关系 12项指标成人正常值 ,并对各项指标含义进行评价 ,这 12项指标是 :ANB、AB/ NPg、AXB/ FH、AF- BF、AXD/ SN、AD/ SN、AB/ SN4、AB/ PP、Wits、SGn/ AB、FABA、APDI。选用符合 Andrews正常中国成人 80例 ,男女各 40例 ,计算各指标的正常值及相关系数 ,结果提示多数指标呈高度相关性 ,但因其参考平面或参考点不同 ,不同指标有其特定的含义。结论为上述 12项指标的正常值均可作为评价中国成人上下颌骨矢状位置关系的参考值 ,临床上应依据研究目的的不同 ,选择相应的指标。
The purpose of this paper is to establish adult normal values that reflect the anteroposterior and posterior relationship of the maxillary and mandible bone, and evaluate the meaning of each index. The 12 indexes are ANB, AB / NPg, AXB / FH, AF- BF, AXD / SN, AD / SN, AB / SN4, AB / PP, Wits, SGn / AB, FABA, APDI. 80 normal adults and 40 males and females were enrolled in the study. The normal values and correlation coefficients of each index were calculated. The results suggested that most of the indexes were highly correlated. However, due to different reference planes or reference points, different indexes had their specific meaning. CONCLUSION: The normal values of the above 12 indexes can be used as reference values for evaluating the sagittal position of upper and lower jaws in Chinese adults. According to the purpose of the study, the corresponding indexes should be selected clinically.
