汪彝鼎,一九三八年一月生,汉族,江苏海门市人,中国民盟盟员,高级技师,中国风景园林学会花卉盆景分会委员,上海市盆景协会理事,原上海植物园盆景研究室副主任。一九六二年,汪彝鼎毕业于上海农业专科学校园林专业,后进修于北京林业大学,一九七八年调入上海植物园盆景研究室专事山水盆景研究。多年来,他在总结前人经验,参考中国画理以及自己制作实践的基础上,提出了山水盆景“上观峰、下观脚”的观点。他认为,山水盆景作为造型艺术,要注意其生动的形态和表达意境,作品应具有一定
