我们上海第十印染厂是一家具有50余年历史的专业生产外销纯棉印花、染色、漂白绒布的老企业。90年初,随着纺织效益滑坡也曾一度成为行业亏损大户。摆脱困境、求生存、求发展的唯一出路只有一条,就是以改革为动力、转换企业经营机制,转换机制是为了完善作为经济实体的各项经济功能,使企业在走向市场经济过程中,改变行政附属物地位,只有这样才能改变因不适应市场经济运行法则而给企业带来的困难局面。改革有风险,但是,只要有20%的希望,就要用100%的努力去争取。 这几年,我们最大的体会是改革开放给我们带来的机遇和挑战,特别是我们把握机遇,从转变观念着手,积极不断地转换机制给企业带来了活力。
Our tenth printing and dyeing factory in Shanghai is an old enterprise with more than 50 years of history specializing in the production of cotton printing, dyeing and bleaching flannel for export. In the early 1990s, with the decline in textile efficiency, it once became a major loss-making industry. There is only one way out of the predicament, survival, and development. It is to use reform as the driving force and transform the operating mechanism of enterprises. The conversion mechanism is to improve various economic functions as economic entities, so that enterprises can change their administration in the process of moving toward a market economy. The status of appendages is the only way to change the difficult situation brought to the company due to the inability to adapt to the rules of the market economy. Reforms have risks, but as long as there is a 20% hope, they must use 100% efforts to fight for them. In the past few years, our greatest experience has been the opportunity and challenge that reform and opening up have brought us. In particular, we have grasped the opportunity to start from the concept of change, and actively and constantly changing the mechanism has brought vitality to the enterprise.
