目的研究观察悬浮红细胞内血小板在冷藏条件下功能变化,为冷藏保存血小板研究提供依据。方法随机抽取不同保存时间(3-33 d)的悬浮红细胞50 U,检测观察其TEG指标及血小板CD62P活化功能,同时观察11U悬浮红细胞在保存3、7、14、21和28 d时血液常规指标、凝血指标、TEG指标的变化。结果悬浮红细胞内含有大量有活性的血小板(PAC1+62P+,PAC1-62P+),甚至保存28d时,悬浮红细胞TEG-MA指标仍显示正常范围,血小板功能良好。结论悬浮红细胞内血小板在冷藏保存下具有较高的活性,为研究冷藏血小板提供了信息。
Objective To study the functional changes of platelets in suspension erythrocytes under refrigeration condition, and to provide basis for the research on platelets preserved in refrigeration. Methods 50 U of suspension erythrocytes with different preservation time (3-33 d) were randomly selected to observe the TEG index and the function of platelet CD62P activation. At the same time, the blood routine indexes of 11U suspension erythrocytes were observed at 3, 7, 14, 21 and 28 d , Coagulation index, TEG index changes. Results The suspension of erythrocytes contained a large number of active platelets (PAC1 + 62P +, PAC1-62P +). Even after 28 days of storage, the TEG-MA index of suspended erythrocytes still showed normal range and platelet function was good. Conclusion The platelets in suspension of erythrocytes have high activity in cold preservation, which provides information for the study of frozen platelets.
