目的 :探讨新序贯疗法治疗难治性Hp感染的效果。方法 :以2014年3月~2015年6月在我院接受治疗的消化性溃疡幽门螺杆菌感染患者为观察对象。根据其治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组给予三联疗法,观察组给予新序贯疗法。观察两组患者的治疗效果,比较两组患者治疗前后呼气试验结果和治疗前后生活质量的差异。结果 :观察组治疗的有效率明显较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义;治疗前两组患者的呼气试验结果无明显差别,治疗后,观察组阳性率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;治疗前两组患者的PGⅠ、PGⅡ、G-17水平无明显差别,治疗后,两组患者的PGⅠ、PGⅡ均较治疗前增高,G-17水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组上述指标的变化更明显;两组患者治疗前生活质量无明显差别,治疗后,两组患者的生活质量均较治疗前增高,且观察组增高更明显;两组患者恶心、呕吐、腹痛和腹泻等并发症发生率无明显差别。结论 :新序贯疗法对难治性Hp感染有较好的治疗效果,可明显改善患者的胃肠功能,提高其生活质量。
Objective: To investigate the effect of new sequential therapy on refractory Hp infection. Methods: From April 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital for treatment of peptic ulcer Helicobacter pylori infection in patients were observed. According to the way of treatment, they were divided into control group and observation group. The control group received triple therapy and the observation group received new sequential therapy. The therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients was observed. The differences of the breath test before and after treatment and the quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in the results of breath test between the two groups before treatment, after treatment, the positive rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group The levels of PGⅠ, PGⅡ and G-17 in the two groups before treatment were not significantly different. After treatment, the levels of PGⅠ and PGⅡ in both groups were higher than those before treatment, while the levels of G-17 were lower than those before treatment The changes of these indexes were more obvious. There was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the quality of life of both groups was higher than that before treatment, and the observation group increased more obviously. Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and diarrhea The incidence of complications such as no significant difference. Conclusion: The new sequential therapy has a good therapeutic effect on refractory Hp infection, which can significantly improve the gastrointestinal function and improve the quality of life of patients.
