通过室内试验方法,系统研究了材料组成、成型工艺、成型延迟时间、养护龄期等因素对二灰碎石材料强度、模量、干缩性等主要力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:适当提高粗集料含量将有利于增强材料的强度和回弹模量,并降低其干缩性能,小于4.75mm颗粒的含量是影响其干缩性能的重要因素;较之静压成型,振动成型可以获得更高的密实度和强度,从而有利于提高抗压回弹模量、降低收缩性能;延迟时间无论是对材料早期强度还是后期强度均有影响,但是强度峰值所对应的时间与材料组成密切相关;养护龄期与材料的强度、回弹模量等性能呈正相关关系。
The effects of material composition, forming process, forming delay time and curing age on the mechanical properties of lime-fly ash graded materials such as strength, modulus and shrinkage were systematically studied through laboratory tests. The results show that properly increasing the coarse aggregate content will enhance the strength and the rebound modulus of the material and reduce the shrinkage properties. The content of particles less than 4.75 mm is an important factor affecting the shrinkage properties. Compared with the hydrostatic molding , Vibration molding can get higher density and strength, which will help to improve the compressive resilience modulus and reduce the shrinkage performance; delay time whether the early strength of materials or late strength have an impact, but the peak intensity corresponding to the time And material composition is closely related to the curing age and material strength, modulus of elasticity and other properties was positively correlated.
