目的:通过对剖宫产术后产妇使用改良集血装置进行出血量的测量,评估其准确性及测量过程中渗漏发生情况。方法:选择80例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级行剖宫产的产妇,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40例,两组产妇均在剖宫产术后测量红细胞压积,对照组使用聚血盆法,实验组使用改良集血装置,测量产妇阴道出血量至术后两小时。再次测量红细胞压积,分别观察、计算出血量。观察统计测量过程中渗漏发生情况。结果:实验组所测出血量和根据红细胞压积变化计算出血量结果相比较,t=1.02,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;对照组所测出血量和根据红细胞压积变化计算出血量结果相比较,t=2.26,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。两组产妇测量过程中渗漏发生情况相比较,x~2值为7.44,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:对剖宫产术后产妇使用改良集血装置进行出血量的测量,与传统的聚血盆相比较,测量结果更准确且测量过程中渗漏发生率低。
OBJECTIVE: To assess the accuracy of the measurement of bleeding and the occurrence of leakage during the measurement by using a modified blood collection device after maternal cesarean section. Methods: Eighty ASA Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ cesarean section women were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The maternal hematopoiesis was measured hematocrit after cesarean section, and the control group was treated with poly Pot method, the experimental group to use an improved blood collection device to measure maternal vaginal bleeding to two hours after surgery. Hematocrit was measured again, respectively, observed, calculate the amount of blood. Observation of statistical leakage in the measurement process. Results: Compared with the results of hematocrit measured in the experimental group, t = 1.02, P> 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant; the blood volume measured in the control group and the change of hematocrit Bleeding results compared, t = 2.26, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Compared with the incidence of leakage during maternal measurement in two groups, the value of x ~ 2 was 7.44, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. CONCLUSIONS: The measurement of bleeding volume in maternal post-cesarean section using an improved hemagglutination device is more accurate and less likely to occur during the measurement than the conventional polyhedrosis basin.
