以Non-Reid群骨干自交系PH4CV、PHB1M、B12和Dom群骨干自交系昌7-2、M5972、丹598、F349为基础材料,育成改良系JD1、JD2、JD3、JD4、JD5。试验于玉米灌浆初期对5个改良自交系与7个亲本自交系进行取样,研究了影响玉米茎秆压碎强度的因素及改良系在茎秆压碎强度这一性状上的改良效果。结果表明:玉米灌浆初期茎秆压碎强度随茎秆基部节位的上升呈下降趋势,且节位越往上,下降越明显;在植株茎秆各性状中,单位节间干物质量对茎秆压碎强度影响最大,可作为判断茎秆压碎强度的重要指标;在5个改良系中,JD5的改良效果最明显,JD2和JD3的改良效果比较明显,JD1和JD4的改良效果不明显。
The improved lines JD1, JD2, JD3, JD4 and JD5 were constructed based on the backbone and inbred lines PH4CV, PHB1M and B12 of Non-Reid group and the backbone inbred lines Chang 7-2, M5972, Dan 598 and F349 of Dom group. In the early stage of maize filling, five inbred lines and seven inbred lines were sampled to study the factors affecting the crushing strength of the corn stalks and the improvement effect of the improved lines on the crushing strength of the stalks. The results showed that the crushing strength of stem at the initial stage of grain filling decreased with the increase of the base node of the stem, and the more the node was up, the more obvious the decline was. In the characters of plant stem, The crushing strength had the greatest influence, which could be used as an important index to judge the crushing strength of the stalk. Among the five modified lines, the improvement effect of JD5 was the most obvious, the improvement effect of JD2 and JD3 was obvious, and the improvement effect of JD1 and JD4 was not obvious.
