改革开放以来,我国经济逐年增长,与日资企业合作频率不断加大,对日语专业的人才需求量也与日俱增。近几年来,市场经济在信息化时代的引领下,对日语专业人才的质量也提出了更高的要求。然而,当前日语专业的人才在核心能力培养上滞后于市场下企业的需要,并没有跟上与时俱进,不少高校在对日语专业人才的培养上只注重日语语言学以及书本理论的传授,并没有做到因材施教。因此要调整课程设置,加强学校的师资团队,把握市场走向,培养有能力有素养的应用型人才。
