维生素D缺乏和支气管哮喘患儿的相关性研究

目的研究维生素D缺乏对支气管哮喘患儿肺功能及预后的影响的相关性。方法选择2013年6月至2015年6月来远东妇产医院就诊的100例支气管哮喘患儿进行研究。按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组常规吸入布地奈德、沙丁胺醇等对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予口服维生素D滴剂。治疗后,调查记录两组患者的每年发病及住院次数,并对肺功能三项指标[1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1占用力肺活量百分比(FEV1/FVC)、最高呼气流速(PEF)]进行检测分析。结果治疗后,两组患者的每年发病及住院次数均显著缩短,且观察组明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF等肺功能指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组上述指标水平均显著升高,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维生素D对于辅助治疗小儿支气管哮喘效果显著,特别对糖皮质激素耐受性哮喘可发挥辅助作用。 Objective To investigate the correlation between vitamin D deficiency and lung function and prognosis in children with bronchial asthma. Methods From January 2013 to June 2015, 100 cases of bronchial asthma were studied in Far Eastern Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology. According to the method of random number table divided into observation group and control group, each 50 cases. The control group routinely inhaled budesonide, salbutamol and other symptomatic treatment, the observation group was given oral vitamin D drops on the basis of the control group. After treatment, the incidences and number of hospitalizations of the two groups were recorded. Results After treatment, the annual incidence and number of hospitalizations in both groups were significantly shortened, and the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Before treatment, pulmonary function indexes of FEV1, FEV1 / FVC and PEF in the two groups had no significant difference (P> 0.05). After treatment, the above indexes of both groups were significantly increased, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Vitamin D has a significant effect on the adjuvant treatment of children with bronchial asthma, especially for glucocorticoid-resistant asthma.
