为了评估车体抗侧向载荷的强度,采用全尺寸部分车体进行静态、动态压缩试验,同时还进行了与经验性试验同样载荷工况下的有限元分析。在载荷-时间特性和车体变形模式方面,有限元数值分析结果和经验性结论一致。得出了一种利用有限元分析评价车体抗侧向载荷撞击变形特性的方法。
In order to evaluate the strength of the body against lateral loads, the full-size part of the body was used for static and dynamic compression tests. At the same time, finite element analysis under the same load conditions as the empirical test was carried out. In terms of load-time characteristics and body deformation mode, the numerical results of finite element analysis are consistent with the empirical conclusions. A method of using finite element analysis to evaluate the anti-lateral load impact deformation characteristics of the vehicle body is obtained.
