某油田公司天然气集气处理站自2005年投用以来,由于生产任务紧,一直未停工进行首次全面检验,承压设备内壁腐蚀情况不明,拟采用基于风险的检验(RBI)对集气处理站进行风险分析评估,明确站内各设备的风险水平,根据风险水平制定科学合理的RBI检验方案,解决承压设备依据风险水平实施检验、管理与维护的问题,实现集气处理站长周期运行。1风险源辨识结合集气处理站工艺、物流,对承压设备评估中涉及工艺介质的腐蚀流、可燃性、毒性、活性等级进行分析,见表1。
Since the oil gas processing station of an oilfield company was put into operation in 2005, it has not shut down for the first time since its production task was tight.
