板坯连铸结晶器漏钢是多种事故中造成损害最严重的一种,它不仅降低铸机作业率,而且会损坏铸机。为了降低马钢板坯连铸机的漏钢率,采用结晶器铜板测温方式,研制出一套板坯连铸结晶器拉漏预报装置,并于1995年11月在马钢三钢厂顺利投入工业性热试。通过生产应用表明,本装置的各项性能指标均达到设计要求,对粘结性漏钢的测得率达100%,误报率为20.53%。热试表明,本装置在结晶器液面测定和铸坯表面质量判定方面也具有广阔的应用前景。
Slab Caster Molding Breakout is one of the most damaging types of accidents that not only reduces caster operation but also damages the caster. In order to reduce the leakage rate of the slab caster in Masteel, a set of temperature drop forecasting device for slab continuous casting mold was developed by using the temperature measurement mode of the mold copper plate. In November 1995, the slab continuous casting mold was successfully put into operation Industrial heat test. The production application shows that all the performance indexes of the device meet the design requirements. The measured rate of sticking breakout reaches 100% and the false alarm rate is 20.53%. Heat test showed that the device has a broad application prospects in the determination of the mold surface and the slab surface quality.
