大多数脂肪细胞因子对机体糖、脂代谢起负反馈作用,促进炎性反应和胰岛素抵抗的发生,同时也有瘦素及脂联素等脂肪细胞因子促进糖脂代谢、减轻炎症反应及胰岛素抵抗,为糖尿病及肥胖等代谢疾病的治疗提供了作用靶点。分泌型卷曲相关蛋白4(SFRP4)作为新发现的脂肪细胞因子,先前相关研究已证实SFRP4是促进细胞凋亡、抑制新生血管、抑制肿瘤形成的一种Wnt信号通路抑制因子。近年来,越来越多的研究发现SFRP4在2型糖尿病(T2DM)发生、发展方面也起到了重要作用。现就SFRP4在肥胖及T2DM领域的相关进展作一综述。

Secreted Frizzled Related Protein 4 (SFRP4) is a newly discovered adipocytokines. Previously related studies have demonstrated that SFRP4 is a Wnt signaling pathway inhibitor that promotes apoptosis, inhibits neovascularization, and inhibits tumor formation. In recent years, more and more studies have found that SFRP4 also plays an important role in the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). The progress of SFRP4 in obesity and T2DM is reviewed.
