门诊导诊是医院与社会的接口,可折射出社会对医院的认同程度和医院在社会上的形象,导诊又是医院运转的起点,直接反映出医院接诊的效率和管理水平[1],所以导诊工作不容忽视,尤其是在医院门诊量不断攀升,医患矛盾激烈的今天,做好导诊工作不仅有利于疏通日益增长的门诊人群,使医院的门诊工作做到井然有序,而且有利于缓解医患矛盾,提升医院良好的社会形象和竞争力。
