Since the mid-1980s, a new concept called “Electronic Commerce” has been incorporated into commercial lexicons. The widespread use of personal computers (PCs) - and the rapid integration of PCs and communication systems, have made paperless trade a reality. Electronic data interchange (EDI) and e-mail are two commercial tools that are at the heart of e-commerce operations. Both commercial tools are for value-added networks. This value-added network service allows users to replace paper-based trade by electronic means. Improve business efficiency.
