随着农业农村现代化的深入,“新农科”建设提上日程,指明我国高等农业教育改革的新方向。通过分析新农科为地方高等农业教育带来的挑战,对水产养殖专业饲料分析与质量检测技术课程从教师自我提升、人才培养、面向产业调整课程教学架构和融合协同育人战略4个维度探讨“新农科”背景下该门课程建设的对策。
人才是乡村振兴的基础和关键。乡村振兴战略提出3年多来,各地在探索乡村人才振兴方面推出了一系列有力举措,其中较为典型的就有重庆市渝北区于2018年试行的“人才贡献积分评价制”。通过探讨渝北区“人才贡献积分评价制”的操作要点、应用条件以及优势和不足,不仅能够帮助其进一步完善机制设计,更好地推动当地乡村振兴人才的培育工作,同时还能为各地乡村人才振兴提供模式参考与借鉴。
积极参与工程教育专业认证已成为高校的广泛共识,工程教育专业认证对培养学生综合素质、提高工程教育质量、满足经济社会对应用型人才的需求具有重要作用。以工程教育专业认证的标准与要求为导向构建高效的培养体系,确保工科专业毕业生达到专业认证标准的要求,也是各高校当前面临的重要课题。以青岛农业大学食品科学与工程专业为例,结合学校实际、特色和定位,构建基于工程教育专业认证标准的食品科学与工程专业的课程体系,以提高食品领域工程人才培养质量、提升工程教育的国际竞争力,为促进食品科学与工程专业的建设和发展提供理论参考。
