以草莓“晶瑶”为试材,研究了暗培养时间、培养温度、激素配比、硝酸银浓度、不同植物凝胶等对不定芽再生的影响,建立了“晶瑶”草莓叶片的离体再生体系。结果表明:硝酸银对“晶瑶”草莓叶片再生有抑制作用;暗培养15 d、28℃的培养温度、以Phytagel为凝固剂有利于“晶瑶”草莓叶片再生;TDZ 1.5 mg/L+IBA 0.3 mg/L是较好的诱导培养基激素配比,此时不定芽的再生率达到76.77%,平均再生芽数达到4.3个。
