“互联网+”是互联网发展的新业态,是互联网思维的进一步实践成果,它在推动经济形态不断地发生演变,从而带动社会经济实体的生命力,为改革、创新、发展提供广阔的网络平台。在互联网深入社会各个角落的今天,对于国有企业而言,网络既给企业的发展提供动力和机遇,同时也带来了风险和挑战,尤其是对于企业管理工作。国有企业要想更好地发展下去,就必须创新管理模式,走出一条适合企业自身发展的道路,进而提高企业自身的市场竞争力。本文就“互联网+背景下”国有企业管理模式创新进行了相关的分析。
“Internet + ” is a new format for the development of the Internet. It is a further practical result of the Internet thinking. It is in the continuous evolution of economic forms, thus bringing about the vitality of socio-economic entities and providing a vast network platform for reform, innovation and development . Today, as the Internet goes deep into every corner of the society, for the state-owned enterprises, the network not only provides motivation and opportunity for the development of enterprises, but also risks and challenges, especially for enterprise management. In order to develop better, the state-owned enterprises must innovate the management mode and get out of a suitable way for their own development so as to enhance their own market competitiveness. This article analyzes the innovations of state-owned enterprise management mode under “Internet + background ”.
