目的探讨16层螺旋计算机体层摄影术肺扫描后双算法成像技术的临床应用价值。方法在3117例肺扫描患者中,随机抽取100例,分成五组拍片,进行效果对比分析。结果五组中,只有第5组采用两种算法,即标准算法和肺算法,重建出的两个序列图像既能拍出清晰的肺的轴位图像,又能拍出清晰的纵隔图像。结论在肺的扫描中根据16层螺旋计算机体层摄影术机器所特有的软件功能,同时进行双算法成像,可得到所需要的高质量图像,有较高的实用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of dual-algorithm imaging in 16-slice spiral computed tomography lung scan. Methods In 3117 patients with lung scintigraphy, 100 cases were randomly selected and divided into five groups for comparative analysis of effects. Results Among the five groups, only the fifth group used two algorithms, namely standard algorithm and lung algorithm. The reconstructed images of two sequences could not only produce a clear axial image of the lung but also clear the mediastinal images. Conclusion According to the software features unique to the 16-slice spiral computed tomography machine and the dual-algorithm imaging at the same time in the lung scan, high-quality images can be obtained with high practical value.
