改革开放30年来,为了帮助少数民族地区解决贫困问题,扶持他们发展生产、改善生活,中央和地方各级政府机关都采取了各种各样的措施开展扶贫开发工作,取得了明显的成绩。然而在经济发展的同时,民族文化却在发展中出现了一些问题,怎样在少数民族扶贫开发过程中更好的发展和传承民族文化成了一个亟待解决的问题。
In the 30 years since the reform and opening up, in order to help solve the poverty problem in ethnic minority areas and support them in developing their production and improving their living standards, various government agencies at the central and local levels have taken various measures to carry out poverty alleviation and development work and have achieved remarkable successes. However, at the same time of economic development, there are some problems in the development of national culture. How to better develop and inherit the national culture in the process of poverty alleviation and development of ethnic minorities has become an urgent issue to be solved.
