本科统计755例肿瘤化疗病人医院感染率10.64%,原发疾病与院内感染密切相关,恶性淋巴瘤占29%、肺癌占29%。肿瘤病人免疫力低下,化疗和激素的使用进一步抑制机体的免疫功能,加上滥用抗生素引起菌群失调等因素,增加了感染的机会。医院感染好发于下呼吸道,其次为上呼吸道。病原体以真菌为主,提示真菌感染已成为医院感染的主要病原菌,应采取相应的措施减少医院感染的发生。
Undergraduate statistics of 755 cases of cancer chemotherapy in patients with hospital infection rate of 10.64%, the primary disease is closely related to nosocomial infection, malignant lymphoma accounted for 29%, lung cancer accounted for 29%. Tumor patients with low immunity, the use of chemotherapy and hormones further inhibit the body's immune function, coupled with the abuse of antibiotics caused by flora and other factors, increased the chance of infection. Nosocomial infections occur in the lower respiratory tract, followed by the upper respiratory tract. Fungal pathogens mainly suggest that fungal infections have become the main pathogen of nosocomial infections and should take appropriate measures to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
