目的:优化巴布剂基质处方。方法:采用面心设计,考察自变量卡波姆、聚丙烯酸钠、交联剂等因素对因变量初黏力的影响,拟合二次多项式方程,结合效应面法,优选较佳处方,并进行预测分析。结果:二次多项式拟合方程复相关系数R2=0.970,Ad j-R2=0.952,方差分析F四归=53.953,P=0.000 1,模型高度显著;效应面法分析确定了巴布剂基质较佳处方,验证实验结果满意。结论:面心设计-效应面法应用于巴布剂基质的优化,方法简便,预测性良好。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the pudding agent matrix prescription. Methods: The face-centered design was used to investigate the influence of variables such as carbomer, sodium polyacrylate and cross-linking agent on the initial viscoelasticity of the dependent variables.
