提出了一种反射式双F-P干涉仪光纤位移传感器方案,在这个方案中采用LED作为光源。根据部分相干光的干涉理论对该方案进行了理论分析。
A kind of reflective dual F-P interferometer optical fiber displacement sensor is proposed. In this scheme, LED is used as the light source. The scheme is analyzed theoretically according to the interference theory of partially coherent light.
