氨茶碱是儿科常用药。因应用不当或个体差异而导致中毒的现象时有发生。现将我院2008.6～2010.6氨茶碱中毒9例救治体会作如下回顾,探讨儿科氨茶碱中毒及其防治措施。1临床资料1.1一般资料男5例,女4例,年龄4～6月2例,1～2岁5例,3～6岁2例,就诊时间为用药后15min～4h。
Aminophylline is a pediatric commonly used drugs. Due to improper application or individual differences caused by the phenomenon of poisoning have occurred. Now in our hospital 2008.6 ~ 2010.6 aminophylline poisoning treatment of 9 cases for the following review, to explore pediatric aminophylline poisoning and its prevention and treatment. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 5 males and 4 females, aged 4 to 6 months in 2 cases, 1 to 2 years in 5 cases, 3 to 6 years in 2 cases, treatment time is 15min ~ 4h after treatment.
