本文叙述了旋转机械零部件的超速预应力工艺及其计算方法。文中采用了自编弹塑性有限元分析程序,对某高速燃汽轮机的试验叶轮分别用变刚度法以及初应力法进行了计算,得到了满意的结果。采用本文推荐的方法及程序,对具有解析解的标准叶轮,进行了比较分析,其最大百分相对误差不超过3%,因此所荐方法及程序是超速预应力工艺计算中较为有效的分析工具。
This paper describes the over-speed prestressing process of rotating machinery parts and its calculation method. In this paper, a self-made elastoplastic finite element analysis program is used to calculate the experimental impeller of a high-speed gas turbine with variable stiffness method and initial stress method respectively. The satisfactory results are obtained. Using the method and procedure recommended in this paper, the standard impeller with analytical solution is comparatively analyzed, and the relative percentage error of the maximum percentage is less than 3%. Therefore, the recommended method and procedure are the most effective analytical tools in the calculation of over-speed pre-stressing process .
