民歌合唱艺术在我国近代音乐发展历程中有着光荣的记录和大量的积累。改革开放以后的新时期,由于社会文化生活的诸多变化,民歌合唱未能得到充分的发展,但这种具有独特民族文化内涵的艺术品种并未被淡忘。2008年6月7日和7月18日,我们在北京海淀剧院和天津剧院聆听了两场北京节日合唱团上演的部分民歌合唱节目。其中,旅美作曲家陈怡 Folk chorus art has a glorious record and a great deal of accumulation in the development of modern Chinese music.
