分析了42名(61眼)斜视性/屈光参差性/屈光不正性弱视儿童的激光-视网膜视皮质的时空对比敏感度函数(SpatiotemporalContrastSensitivityFunction,STCSF)并与对照组作了比较。当时间频率为4Hz,16Hz,弱视眼的STCSF差别不显著,就空间频率而言,全频段STCSF下降,其下降幅度与视力下降的程度有密切联系。轻度弱视组仅表现为曲线下沉并在中、高频区倾斜;但中度、重度弱视组则表现为切削样变,曲线,峰值及截止频率左移等。木文从视觉通道的角度讨论了弱视儿童视力和STCSF的关系。
The spatio-temporal contrast sensitivity function (STCSF) of laser-retinal visual cortex in 42 children (61 eyes) with strabismic / anisometropic / amblyopia was analyzed and compared with the control group. When the time frequency is 4Hz, 16Hz, the difference of STCSF in amblyopic eyes is not significant. In terms of spatial frequency, the STCSF of the whole band declines, and the decrease of STCSF is closely related to the degree of vision loss. Mild amblyopia showed only the curve subsidence and tilt in the middle and high frequency areas, but the moderate and severe amblyopia group showed cutting-like changes, curves, peaks and the left shift frequency and so on. Mu Wen discussed the relationship between visual acuity and STCSF in amblyopia children from the perspective of visual channel.
