以二苯胺和异辛烯为原料,三氯化铝配合物为催化剂,通过烷基化亲电取代反应合成具有油溶性、耐高温的液态抗氧剂p,p′-二异辛基二苯胺。研究了原料摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对收率的影响。试验结果表明:异辛烯与二苯胺的摩尔比为4,催化剂的质量分数(以二苯胺计)为45%,反应时间6h,反应温度80~85°C,所得产物的收率可达80%。并利用红外光谱对产物进行了表征。
Using diphenylamine and isooctene as raw materials, aluminum trichloride complex as a catalyst, an oil-soluble and high temperature resistant liquid antioxidant p, p’-diisooctyl diphenylamine was synthesized by alkylation electrophilic substitution reaction . The effects of factors such as molar ratio of raw materials, amount of catalyst, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield were studied. The results show that the molar ratio of isooctene to diphenylamine is 4, the mass fraction of catalyst (based on diphenylamine) is 45%, the reaction time is 6h, the reaction temperature is 80-85 ° C, and the yield of the product can reach 80 %. The product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.
