AC-SCR-DC和AC电驱动系统在石油钻机上应用,能使绞车、转盘、钻井泵进行无级调速,最大限度地满足了钻井工艺要求,大大提升了工作效益。世界石油钻机电驱动型经历了AC-AC电驱动、DC-DC电驱动、AC-SCR-DC电驱和AC变频电驱动4个技术发展阶段,世界顶驱电驱动型经历了AC-SCR-DC电驱动和AC变频电驱动2个技术发展阶段。(一)AC-AC电驱动型式早期的电驱动石油钻井装备采用AC-AC电驱动型,利用电网AC电源或用交流发电机电源直接供给AC电动机。由于这种型式工作转速不可调节,载荷特性是硬特性,不能满足钻一、顶驱的4种驱动型式 The application of AC-SCR-DC and AC electric drive system on oil drilling rig can make the winch, turntable and drilling pump stepless speed regulation to meet the requirement of drilling technology to the maximum extent, greatly improving work efficiency.
