白芷生产中,早期抽薹率较高是制约白芷生产规模发展的主要问题之一,为了解决这一生产难题,笔者通过多年连续观察和研究,总结出一套较为系统的白芷三段式育种新技术。采用该技术培育出的种子用于生产能使白芷的早期抽薹率降低约70%,即由常规水平的8%~12%降低到2%~3%。如将早期抽薹白芷植株的产量计算在内,采用本技术培育的种子用于生产能提高单位面积产量约18%。
In the production of Angelica dahurica, the high rate of early bolting is one of the main problems restricting the development of the production scale of Angelica dahurica. In order to solve this production problem, the author summarizes a set of new systematic techniques of three-stage breeding of Angelica dahurica . The seed produced by this technique can reduce the early bolting rate of Angelica dahurica by about 70%, from 8% ~ 12% of the normal level to 2% ~ 3%. Taking into account the production of early bolting Angelica plants, the seed produced by this technique can be used to increase the yield per unit area by about 18%.
