一、说教材(一)教材分析《生活中的真菌》一课是第一单元“丰富多彩的生命世界”第六课内容,本课从学生生活中最为熟悉的“蘑菇”入手,引导学生通过探究真菌与人类生活的密切关系,认识和了解真菌,并将所学知识运用到实际生活中,解决生活中遇到的发霉、腐烂问题。(二)教学目标1.能说出当地常见的食用真菌及真菌与人类健康的好处。2.能够利用已有的生活经验设计食物在什么条件下容易发霉的实验。3.能提出防止食物或衣物发霉的措施,并说明理由。
