稀土钢浇铸过程往往产生水口结瘤,严重影响稀土在钢中应用。本文着重从操作工艺诸因素对水口结瘤影响入手,统计了45炉稀土钢生产数据,选取了部分试样进行了分析研究。认为在150t 氧气顶吹转炉,200t 盛钢包浇铸低合金稀土钢的现行工艺条件下,最适宜的浇铸温度为1580~1590℃,并采用使用次数≥5回的上水口及采用包内压入法加入稀土合金等工艺性措施是当今解决水口结瘤的最有效途径。生产实践证明,这一规律可以成功地完全消除浇铸稀土钢时水口的结瘤和堵塞现象。
Rare earth steel casting process often produces nozzle nodules, seriously affecting the application of rare earth in steel. This article focuses on the operation process of water from the nodules of various factors to start with statistical analysis of 45 furnaces rare earth steel production data, selected part of the sample were analyzed. It is considered that the most suitable casting temperature is 1580 ~ 1590 ℃ under the current process conditions of 150t oxygen top converter and 200t ladle cast low alloyed rare earth steel. Addition of rare earth alloys and other technological measures is the most effective way to solve the nozzle nodules today. Production practice has proved that this rule can successfully eliminate the nodules and clogging of the nozzle when casting rare earth steel.
