HIV, as the pathogen of AIDS, can damage the body’s immune system, causing partial or complete loss of immune function, leading to serious complications such as opportunistic infections and malignancies. HIV is one of the most serious public health problems in the world today. Natural killer (NK) cells are an important cytotoxic effector cells in the body’s innate immune system and play an important role in the anti-infective and anti-tumor immunity of the body. The cells also have good antiviral and inducibility and regulation of body adaptability The role of immunity. The article reviews the effects of NK cell phenotype and function on HIV disease.
