森林限额采伐制度是我国《森林法》规定的一项法律制度,是森林采伐管理的重要内容,其目的是通过对森林采伐数量的控制来增加森林面积和森林蓄积量。
The forest quota system is a legal system stipulated in the Forest Law of our country and an important part of forest harvesting management. Its purpose is to increase the forest area and forest stock volume by controlling the amount of forest harvesting.
