针对不锈钢冶炼特点,通过脱碳热力学和动力学分析,研究了VOD精炼工艺参数对超纯铁素体不锈钢脱碳速度和终点碳含量的影响,并进行了大量工业生产试验。结果表明,提高冶炼温度、增加吹氧流量和吹氩流量、降低氧枪的供氧压力和枪位有利于提高脱碳速度,获得更低的终点碳含量。
According to the characteristics of stainless steel smelting, the influence of VOD refining process parameters on the decarburization speed and end point carbon content of ultrapure ferritic stainless steel was studied through the decarburization thermodynamics and kinetics analysis, and a large number of industrial production tests were carried out. The results show that raising the smelting temperature, increasing the oxygen blowing flow rate and argon flow rate, reducing the oxygen supply pressure and lance position of the oxygen lance can improve the decarburization rate and obtain the lower carbon content.
