本文报导了某些微量金属以其盐类加入液体基础培养基中,对寄生曲霉NRRL 2999产生黄曲霉毒素的影响。除锌外,在加入这些微量金属后,对培养液过滤所得菌丝体干重以及培养液最后的pH没有变化或变化很小。基础培养基成份:甘油20克/升,NH_4NO_(?)1克/升,KH_2PO_4 0.9克/升,K_2HPO_4 0.7克/升,MgSO_4·7H_2O 0.75克/升。微量金属加入量Cu~(2+)、Mn~(2+)、Zn~(2+)、Fe~(3+)都为1微克/毫升,Ca~(2+)为10微克/毫升。被观察的金属按试验设计以不同浓度加入。
This paper reports the effect of some trace metals added to their liquid basal medium as salts on aflatoxins produced by Aspergillus parasiticus NRRL 2999. In addition to zinc, after addition of these trace metals, the dry weight of mycelium obtained by filtration of the culture broth and the final pH of the broth did not change or changed little. Basal medium composition: Glycerol 20 g / L, NH 4 NO_ (?) 1 g / L, KH 2 PO 4 0.9 g / L, K 2 HPO 4 0.7 g / L and MgSO 4 · 7H 2 O 0.75 g / L. The amount of trace metals Cu 2+, Mn 2+, Zn 2+ and Fe 3+ was 1 μg / ml and Ca 2+ was 10 μg / ml. The metals to be observed are added in different concentrations according to the experimental design.
