目的:合成盐酸达泊西汀。方法:以苯甲醛和丙二酸为原料,经八步反应合成目标化合物。结果:目标化合物经旋光度测定及1H NMR,13C NMR,2D-NMR确证其化学结构,总收率达到15.08%。结论:该合成方法操作简单、收率高、适合工业化生产。
Objective: To synthesize Dapoxetine Hydrochloride. Methods: Benzaldehyde and malonic acid were used as starting materials to synthesize the title compound through eight steps. Results: The target compound was confirmed by optical rotation and 1H NMR, 13C NMR and 2D-NMR. The total yield of the target compound was 15.08%. Conclusion: The synthesis method is simple, high yield, suitable for industrial production.
