师生同理:生本课堂的走心之道

以生为本、构建生本课堂,需要教师设身处地站在学生角度思考教学、展开教学。这种“设身处地”“站在学生角度”的教学心理、教学设计、教学策略,即为教育教学的“同理心”。沈老师告诉我们,“师生同理”要求教师,设置与学生心理需求相契合、能激发学生主动参与的教学目标和教学流程;留意学生情绪波动、照顾学生个性差异,适时适当引导课堂教学;客观真实、积极正面地评价学生课堂表现;等等。除了这些要求之外,课堂走心还要注意什么?欢迎各位老师继续探讨这一问题,分享观点,共同提高。 Students-oriented, students to build the classroom, teachers need to put themselves in the perspective of students from the perspective of teaching, teaching.
