Angiogenesis plays an important role in the continuous growth of solid tumors. Tumor angiogenesis is a very complex process involving a series of angiogenesis and inhibition of the expression and regulation of factors. Hypoxia-inducible factor-1 (HIF-1) is abundantly expressed in tumor cells under hypoxia, and its target genes are widely distributed. Almost all of them are involved in the regulation of global, local or intracellular oxygen homeostasis and are closely related to tumor angiogenesis. Melanoma is a common intracranial vascular solid tumor, angiogenesis in its occurrence and development has an important role. The expression of HIF-1 is closely related to the angiogenesis of meningioma. To further investigate the expression of HIF-1 in meningiomas and the mechanism of angiogenesis may open up a new way for the treatment of meningioma.
