以美国钢筋混凝土筒仓及堆料仓规范为基础,对比了中国筒仓规范中与火力发电厂有关的常用筒仓部分。主要从材料、贮料压力、地震作用、温度作用等几方面进行对比。两国规范均采用杨森公式计算贮料压力,但压力修正系数及侧压力系数不同。水平压力大致相当,中国规范的竖向压力大于美国规范,美国规范的筒壁摩擦力大于中国规范。中美规范地震作用时贮料的有效重力是一致的,中国规范较美国规范在温度作用方面规定的更全面。
Based on the specifications of the US reinforced concrete silos and stack silos, the common silo parts related to coal-fired power plants in China’s silo specifications are compared. Mainly from the material, storage pressure, earthquake effect, the role of temperature and other aspects of comparison. Both countries use Janssen formula to calculate the storage pressure, but the pressure correction coefficient and the lateral pressure coefficient are different. The horizontal pressure is roughly equivalent, the Chinese standard vertical pressure is greater than the United States norms, the United States norms of wall friction greater than the Chinese norms. The effective gravitation of stockpiles when China and the United States regulate the seismic action are consistent, and the Chinese norms are more comprehensive than the US norms in terms of temperature effects.
