本研究对象为暴露在各种化合物下的橡胶厂工人。目的在于应用脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)技术以发现橡胶厂环境中的化合物对中枢神经系统造成的早期损害。 共有40位橡胶厂男性工人,年龄18~55岁,平均27.27±5.94。并根据其所在岗位分为五组。对照组为20位年龄、性别均匹配的未暴露在橡胶厂环境下的正常人。 记录BAEP时,单耳给予咔喇音刺激(叠加2048次),强度75dB,频率10Hz,波宽0.1ms。另一只耳给予白噪声掩蔽。监测绝对峰潜伏期、波幅及峰间潜伏期(IPL)。计算峰Ⅰ到峰V各波的潜伏期:IPL(Ⅰ ~V、Ⅰ~Ⅲ、Ⅲ~V)及Ⅰ和V的波幅。
The object of the study was rubber factory workers exposed to various compounds. The aim is to apply brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) technology to discover early damage to the central nervous system by compounds in a rubber plant environment. A total of 40 rubber factory male workers, aged 18 to 55 years, an average of 27.27 ± 5.94. And according to their positions are divided into five groups. The control group consisted of 20 normal and age-matched non-exposed normal people in rubber factory environment. Recording BAEP, the single ear to give carbonic tone stimulation (superimposed 2048 times), intensity 75dB, frequency 10Hz, wave width 0.1ms. The other ear is covered with white noise. Monitor absolute peak latency, amplitude and peak latency (IPL). Calculate the latency of each peak from peak I to peak V: the amplitude of IPL (Ⅰ ~ V, Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ, Ⅲ ~ V) and Ⅰ and V.
