采用数理统计方法研究不同实验工况下雾化液滴的粒径分布规律,研究发现:在不同实验工况下,雾化液滴的粒径大小均呈现一定的分布形式,且随喷射流量的增大,粒径分布的中位径总体变化呈减小趋势;通过Pearson χ2拟合优度检验,液滴粒径分布假设为Rosin-Rammler分布函数时,其显著性水平在所有实验工况内均达到0.01;基于Rosin-Rammler分布密度函数计算出不同实验工况下4种粒径的质量分数,喷射流量为50 mL/min时液滴粒径集中在0.7~1.0 mm之间。
The particle size distribution of atomized droplets under different experimental conditions was studied by using mathematical statistics.
